FAQ

If you are unable to attend a booked session, you can cancel your booking online. The following fees will apply:

• 25% of the price if you cancel more than 24 hours before the start of the session.
• 75% of the price if you cancel within 24 hours before the start of the session.
• 100% of the price if you don’t show up or if you are late.

The remaining amount will be automatically credited to your account as prepaid and can be used for the next booking.
